Arlington ISD is hosting a Career Expo this Saturday, looking to hire workers for multiple positions

Arlington, Texas – Aspiring professionals seeking to forge a fulfilling career path are being presented with a remarkable opportunity, courtesy of Arlington Independent School District (AISD).

Setting the stage for a broad career exposition, AISD extends an open invitation to interested individuals for its meticulously planned event slated to take place this Saturday, June 17. The venue for this significant assembly is Sam Houston High School, with proceedings set to commence from 10 a.m. and conclude at 1 p.m.

AISD is actively pursuing the recruitment of dynamic and committed individuals for a wide spectrum of positions. These include but are not limited to, roles in cafeteria monitoring, teaching (both full-time and substitute), teaching assistantship, secretarial responsibilities, custodial duties, clerical work, food service specializations, bus driving and attendance duties, among other promising positions.

The avenue to participate in this rewarding affair is simple – interested parties are asked to register for the event at the earliest convenience. The link to the registration portal can be found here. Additionally, it is strongly advised that aspirants actively apply for any positions that align with their interests and professional aspirations via the AISD job portal at aisd.net/jobs.

A distinct feature of this exposition is the unique opportunity for potential candidates to interact directly with hiring managers from various departments. These managers will be conducting on-the-spot interviews, thereby providing candidates with immediate feedback and potentially accelerating the hiring process.

Given the importance and formal nature of these interactions, candidates are advised to come appropriately attired and equipped with multiple copies of their resume. This initiative by Arlington ISD is not just an exhibition of employment opportunities, but a testament to its commitment to nourishing talent, promoting professional growth, and building a stronger community.
