Craft Brews and Live Music Headline Grapevine’s Main Street Fest

Grapevine, Texas, is getting ready to host the 39th annual Main Street Fest, which will take place from May 19th until May 21st, and promises to be a great weekend of festivities. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy live music, carnival rides, shopping, and an array of food and craft brews.

Tickets for the event are currently available for purchase, while craft beer enthusiasts can purchase additional passes to the Craft Brew Experience, which boasts an impressive selection of over 100 brews. Alternatively, you may choose to indulge in A Taste of Texas, showcasing over 40 craft beers from the Lone Star State.

Live music will also take center stage at Main Street Fest, as country band Little Texas takes the spotlight on May 19th, headlining the Main Stage at 9:30 p.m. The band received the Academy of Country Music Award for Top Vocal Group of 1993, and is known for their hits “God Blessed Texas” and “Kick a Little.” Meanwhile, 90s pop rock group Vertical Horizon is set to perform their chart-topping hits “Everything You Want,” “You’re a God,” and “Best I Ever Had” on May 20th at 9:30 p.m.

Those who are looking for activities for children should visit the KidZone, where they’ll find arts and crafts and other activities provided by 121 Community Church, Legoland Discovery Center, and Sea Life Aquarium. The carnival and midway at the intersection of Main Street and Wall Street will feature carnival games and rides, and a brand-new climbing rock wall. The pickleball courts on Main Street, presented by Chicken N Pickle, are also definitely worth checking out!

Main Street Fest’s schedule is certainly inclusive, as it’ll take place from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on May 19th and May 20th, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 21st. Admission prices are fair, with adults charged $9, children aged between 6 and 12 paying $5, and seniors aged 62 years and over also paying $5. For those who plan to attend the festival during all three days, a weekend pass pin is available for $20 (plus shipping).

If you are concerned about transportation to the event, there’s no need to worry since a free shuttle service will be available from Grapevine Mills and Grapevine Public Library.
