Exciting news for foodies in Fort Worth! Several new eateries are set to open in the coming weeks and months, offering a variety of cuisines and dining experiences. From sliders and shakes to wood-fired pizza, here’s a rundown of what to expect:
Opening on March 20 is Son of a Butcher, aka SoB. This slider bar is expected to offer a range of slider options, as well as sides, shakes, beer, and cocktails. SoB is located at 480 W. State Highway 114 in Grapevine.
Meanwhile, Fireside Pies is making its return to Fort Worth with a brand new location at 628 Harrold St. The restaurant is best known for its rustic wood-fired artisan pizza and is set to open on March 22. Joe Bozarth, director of operations for Fireside Pies, said “I can’t thank everyone enough for their diligence while we’ve worked on getting our doors open. We are truly excited to be getting back to serving our loyal Fort Worth customers the delicious, wood-fired pizzas they know and love.”
Buffalo Wild Wings is also trying out a new concept with its GO location, designed specifically for takeout and delivery orders. The location is situated at 2813 Heritage Trace Parkway and is set to open on March 24. The GO format will feature a walk-up counter, digital menu boards, and limited seating. Guests who order ahead will also be able to pick up their meal from individual takeout lockers, providing a contactless and hassle-free experience.
Looking for something sweet? Tous les Jours is a French-Asian bakery café chain that offers over 300 artisan pastries, gourmet cakes, and desserts baked in-store daily. The bakery’s new location is at 5611 Colleyville Blvd. and opened on March 17. Opening hours are Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Finally, Terra Mediterranean is making a comeback after shutting down in October 2019. The restaurant, which features Mediterranean foods, will be reopening in a 6,720-square-foot space with outdoor patio seating. And that’s not all – the Shanaa family, who owns Terra Mediterranean, is also introducing a new Mexican restaurant concept called La Cabrona. Terra Mediterranean is located at 3932 Crockett St., between Mash’d and Social House, while La Cabrona is across the street at 2933 Crockett St. Both restaurants are expected to open this summer.
