Dallas, Texas — In the early morning hours on Sunday, the downtown Dallas was rattled by a deadly shooting incident, and the investigation about this incident is still ongoing. North Texas Crimestoppers, an organization dedicated to aiding law enforcement, has announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information that will lead to an arrest related to the crime.

Officers of the Dallas Police Department, responding to reports of gunfire, arrived at the intersection of Commerce Street and South Pearl Expressway at 2:35 a.m. on July 30. Their prompt intervention led to the discovery of two individuals, wounded by bullets.

Transported immediately to a nearby hospital, the victims were identified, and their conditions assessed. Tragically, one of them, a young man of just 22 years named Mario Shontez Marchbanks, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The second victim, whose name remains undisclosed, currently battles for life in critical condition.

Police authorities subsequently identified a third victim, located at an entirely separate medical facility, who has since been reported as being in stable condition.

As the complex investigation continues, further details remain unknown. As of writing of this article, no additional information was provided by the law enforcement.
