Salad and Go, a popular restaurant chain, has announced its plans to expand its business by opening a third McKinney location in the first half of 2024, as revealed by a company representative. The new restaurant will be situated at the southwest corner of US 75 and Virginia Parkway, according to the city’s planning documents.
With nine different types of salads and wraps, breakfast burritos, lemonades, teas, cold-brew coffee, and more, Salad and Go has quickly made a name for itself since its establishment in 2013 in Gilbert, Arizona. With over 70 locations throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and Texas, the company has emerged as a rapidly growing chain.
Salad and Go’s first McKinney location, located at 4751 S. Custer Road, opened in December, and a second location is expected to be unveiled in north McKinney soon. Furthermore, this expansion will introduce the company’s third location in McKinney and offer residents of North Texas a convenient, nutritious, and affordable food option.
According to Salad and Go’s Chief of Development, Matt Coperhaver, McKinney is a fast-growing family community, and the company is excited to extend its services to the region. “We also believe there is currently a gap in the availability of convenient, nutritious, and affordable food,” he said in a statement, “The residents of McKinney have been and will continue to be great guests at Salad and Go.”
