Vertical Horizon and Little Texas to Headline Grapevine’s Main Street Fest
Grapevine, Texas – The Main Street Fest is back again, and this year it promises to be bigger and better than ever. The festival coordinators have proudly announced the headlining acts for this year’s festival that will be hosted in the Historic Downtown Grapevine from May 19-21, as Vertical Horizon and Little Texas.
The three-day festival will feature a variety of events and activities catering to all ages, including shopping experiences to indulge in Texas heritage, diverse cuisine to tease taste buds, and a mark of elegance in the Craft Brew Experience. The extravaganza is an opportunity for everyone to come together and celebrate the arrival of summer.
Notwithstanding the excitement of the headlining acts, guests will be treated to an experience like no other. The festival will also feature tribute bands like Blaze of Glory, Dunn & Brooks, and King George. The buzz surrounding the festival is that the songs played by these bands will take the guest down memory lane and create a sense of nostalgia.
Vertical Horizon, the pop-rock band that rose to fame in the late 90s, is set to perform on the Main Stage on Saturday, May 20, at 9:30 p.m. The band captured the hearts of fans with their album “Everything You Want,” which sold two million copies and produced songs like “You’re a God” and “Best I’ve Ever Had.” The title song of the album went on to become the most-played single of the year 2000 and topped both Billboard’s Hot 100 and Adult Top 40 charts.
Little Texas will headline the Main Stage on Friday, May 19, at 9:30 p.m. The band made their debut in the 90s with their album “First Time for Everything,” and quickly captured the hearts of country music lovers. Their songs “God Blessed Texas,” “Amy’s Back in Austin,” and “Kick a Little” went on to become huge hits, and they were even awarded the ACM Award for Top Vocal Group of 1993. Three decades later, the band still has a unique energy that is sure to electrify the audience.
