Allie + Bess unites fashion and philanthropy with school supply drive
Dallas, Texas – A local business is taking robust action to ensure that underprivileged children are poised to embark on their educational journey on an even keel as the new school year for most North Texas school districts is just around the corner.
Allie + Bess organized school supply drive to help those in need
Allie + Bess, a prominent jewelry brand that prides itself as Dallas-based and women-owned, took the initiative to orchestrate a school supply drive, an altruistic gesture aimed at aiding Genesis Women’s Shelter and Support.
Allie + Bess successfully organized the school drive event providing hundreds of backpacks and essential school materials
The duo succeeded in amassing hundreds of backpacks and essential school materials for the offspring of women who have sought refuge in the shelter, a sanctuary committed to providing a lifeline to families fleeing the desolation of domestic violence, fostering an environment that nurtures their recovery and self-sufficiency.
“As mothers, the mission of Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support speaks to us,” said Bess Callarman, Co-Founder of Allie + Bess. “Philanthropy is in the Allie + Bess DNA, according to NBC DFW. We hope that the school supply donations we give are able to provide happiness and support to the mothers and children in need.”
The drive, organized with meticulous care, was aligned with a celebratory pep rally, timed to coincide with the unveiling of Allie + Bess’s most ambitious endeavor to date—the Game Day collection. This new line, a vivid medley of bracelets and necklaces designed to invoke and commemorate school spirit, was heralded just in time for the forthcoming fall season.
Customers were not only invited to bear witness to this sartorial celebration but also encouraged to contribute to the drive, a strategy that proved efficacious in augmenting donations for the noble cause.
“We are thrilled for our customers to see our Game Day collection that we poured our hearts and souls into,” said Allie Wardlaw, Co-Founder of Allie + Bess. “A love of fashion is how Allie + Bess came alive. We are thrilled that our customers can showcase their own unique fashion and make their school spirit stackable using our necklaces and bracelets.”
